If your Xbox One is not turning on at all, which means there is no power beep or light on the power button when you try to turn in on, you most likely have a dead power adapter or ‘power brick’. Also, if the indicator light on the power brick goes red as soon as you plug it in the wall without the Xbox One being connected to it, you most likely have a broken power adapter.
