All prices and payments on this website are in CAD. Fasttech offers services (but not limited to) Sony PlayStation 4, Sony PlayStation 3, Microsoft Xbox One, Microsoft Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Wii-U, Apple Macbook, Apple iPhone, Apple iPad and other similar devices. Fasttech reserves the right to diagnose and repair your console once received by Fasttech (the company), any of its franchisees or any other third party. We reserve the right to charge a diagnosis fee ranging from $25 to $45 depending on device and work that needs to be performed even if the device is not repairable. The customer should inquire about costs of diagnosis for each device before sending it in or dropping of to our repair facility. Diagnosis fees are non negotiable and non refundable.
We offer one of the fastest repair services in North America. Most of our repairs are performed within an hour of or technicians receiving your device whether it is dropped off at a Fasttech location or if it sent in via a Fasttech Repair Box you can count on our dedication to get it back to you as soon as possible. While we do offer one hour and same day repair services in certain cases this is simply not possible. An example of this is may be a repair where a certain part that is out of stock is required to finish the job. In these cases we ask for your patience since the speed shipping of parts is out of our control. By choosing our service you acknowledge that there might be unexpected delays with a repair. In this case we will always notify you (the customer) either through email or phone call.
Fasttech uses USPS (United States Postal Service) for US customers and Canada Post for Canadian customers. Clients using their own shipping method can use a courier of their choice. We use shipping providers based on the geographical location of our clients and logistical economics. For repair boxes ordered through the website we offer free return shipping. This means that the price of shipping from Fasttech to the customer is paid by us. The customer is still be required to pay postage or shipping fees to ship any item to Fasttech. In case of returns for repair service or sale of parts or other devices the customer is always responsible for the cost of shipping. Any brokerage or customs fees related to a shipment must be paid by the customer. If any customs/brokerage fees are paid by Fasttech related to a package then all such costs will be billed to the client.
Fasttech uses Shipsurance for Insurance coverage for all items leaving our repair facility. Your device is insured based on its retail price at the time of shipment. If the device you are repairing with us is no longer in retail stores then a Fasttech agent will determine the value of your device. Please note that Fasttech only insures items leaving the repair facility and arriving to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to acquire insurance when sending a device to Fasttech for service, repairs, sale or any other purpose.
Fasttech only accepts returns for items and services that are defective or DOA. If you ordered a defective item or service we will exchange the item or perform a free repair. We do not do refunds. There are no returns or refunds on items ordered by customer error. This includes a wrong part or any item or service ordered by the customer. There are no refunds or exchanges for buyers remorse. In no instance is the shipping cost refundable.
